For years, I looked outside myself for the things I could only begin to find within: validation, identity, belonging.
My return to myself unfolded in New Zealand through motherhood, meditation, prayer and years of deep inner transformation. I learned to listen to my emotions, question what I had inherited and trust what my own heart was telling me.
That lived experience is the foundation of my work with identity and change. Through intuitive insight, emotional awareness, conscious questioning and practical reflection, I invite you to explore the beliefs and identities shaping your life—and the possibilities that open when you choose differently.
My relationship with God, nature and a greater intelligence is part of what guides me. In our work together, the invitation is to listen more deeply to your own inner knowing, your values and what makes you feel fully alive.

Before we ask a child to understand themselves, we can become curious about the patterns living within us.
I bring more than 30 years of experience with children and families, alongside my own journey as a mother. That experience informs the programmes I’m creating and the e-book I have written.
Motherhood has been one of my deepest teachers. It brought me face to face with inherited beliefs, the search for approval and the ways we can lose our own voice while caring for everyone else.
I’m creating programmes for mothers, children and families that begin with awareness: what belongs to us, what has been passed down and what we are ready to choose differently.
Through honest reflection, emotional understanding and conscious communication, the intention is to create relationships with more room for truth, love and individuality. Every child carries a unique potential. Every adult has the opportunity to keep becoming.

People, land, education and community belong to one living story.
Alpha & Omega is the vision I am stewarding near Chernomorets and Rosen, on Bulgaria’s Black Sea coast: a regenerative farm, a place of gathering, a Cosmic School and the possibility of a wider living village.
It begins with the human being. The way we see ourselves shapes what we create. As we return to our own truth, we can begin relating to others—and to the Earth—with greater love, integrity and responsibility.
I do not claim to know every step. I know what calls me: a place where people can grow food, learn, create and leave future generations with more than they inherited.
Our roots carry a calling.
My family story is tied to people who stood for the land, learning and the dignity of others. That inheritance lives in this vision. I want to carry its spirit forward through the way we care for the Earth, the people around us and the generations who come after.
The land comes alive.
Soil, water, plants, animals and people, held in relationship. The farm is envisioned as a working place of regeneration: growing food, caring for water, restoring soil and learning how a community can sustain itself. Knowledge becomes something we practise and pass on.
Relationships are the vision.
Before there are plans, there are conversations. Before there are projects, there is trust. We begin by listening: What brings you alive? What do you know? What would you love to create? Each person brings something the whole could never invent alone.

The Cosmic School · The heart
The farm is
the classroom.
A child’s whole being belongs in their learning.
I envision children learning to grow food, create with their hands, understand their emotions and trust the uniqueness of who they are. Nature, creativity, practical skills and inner awareness become part of the same education.
Inspired by Waldorf and biodynamic principles, the Cosmic School would give space to curiosity, colour, play, critical thinking and lived experience. Children can recognise patterns, explore what they mean and discover possibilities of their own.
The school is a future part of Alpha & Omega, growing from the farm and the relationships around it. I welcome educators and collaborators who feel called to explore what education could become.

The consciousness of the human being comes first.
My writing explores how a return to self-awareness can change the systems we live within: how we care, learn, relate, work, exchange, lead and find meaning.
The Eight Systems is an evolving framework for bringing that inquiry into everyday life. It asks how wellbeing, family, education, land, resources and collective responsibility can support one another as parts of a living whole.
Alpha & Omega is the envisioned place to live these questions, learn from experience and share what becomes useful. The intention is a future with more unity, love, integrity and possibility for people and the planet.

What if an existing village became the most beautiful version of itself?
Chernomorets is woven into my childhood, my family and my sense of belonging. The Living Village Initiative is a companion vision to Alpha & Omega: supporting the place and people who already call it home.
Imagine artisan workshops, locally grown food, healthy cafés, community gardens and long shared tables. Imagine knowledge moving between generations: a craft remembered, a skill shared, a family discovering a livelihood in something they already love.
It begins with coffee, conversations and time. Residents choose whether and how they participate. Local families retain their ownership, their culture and their voice. Progress is measured in trust.
The Centre would support learning and practical skills; the village would bring that learning into daily life. If the approach proves useful, other places could adapt it through their own people, culture and identity.
